Planning the wedding centerpieces can be one of a bride’s most time consuming tasks. Since the reception is the joyous culmination of the big day, the couple may wish to join forces and make decisions about what they want to portray with their reception dcor.

When brainstorming wedding centerpiece ideas, you may want to consider a theme, possibly something that has special meaning to you and your husband to be, such as where or when you met. This is the fun part; you have so many possibilities. Themes can vary, from a tropical luau to autumn leaves to a two-tone color splash, such as pink and black.

It is best to start with a brainstorming session. When it comes to wedding centerpiece ideas, some brides want a theme, possibly something that has special meaning to them and their person, such as where or when they met. Themes can be simple, such as the celebration of a season, or centered around something fun, such as tropical garb or western living, or they can focus on specific colors, maybe the bride’s favorite.
